Program
Description
Symphony v-Map™ is a self-directed, totally encapsulated e-learning tool. The tool has been designed so that managers, in three 1-hour meetings or one 3-hour meeting can lead their team through an accelerated experience of the Symphony program, from the “Performers” perspective. One of the main learning outcomes is the reinforcement of the Symphony model and its six key performance influences (Expectations, Feedback, Resources, Training and Development, Selection and Job Assignment, and Motivations).
Using customized real-world business scenarios, participants practice utilizing the model and applying the concepts to improve their performance as a team and as individual contributors. The v-Map™ is downloaded by the manager and is ready for immediate use. Directions are built into the tool, allowing the manager to guide the learning in the moment. Managers need only spend 30-40 minutes reviewing the tool prior to conducting their meeting.

Implementation/Customization
Symphony v-Map™ is typically implemented as a 3-hour post-program activity, conducted in either one 3-hour or three 1-hour sessions. Leaders and managers must attend Symphony prior to implementing the program with their teams. Customization is done to create the business scenarios for teams to process.
