Program Description
Each Symphony Team Kit gives participants an abbreviated Symphony program experience. One of the main learning outcomes is the reinforcement of the Symphony model and its six key performance influences (Expectations, Feedback, Resources, Training and Development, Selection and Job Assignment, and Motivations).

Using universal, real-world business scenarios, participants practice utilizing the model and applying the concepts to improve their performance as a team and as individual contributors. Kits include instructions for managers on how to lead the session and facilitation tips to ensure that participants understand key concepts.

Non-management individuals from all functions within an organization.

Implementation/Customization
Symphony Team Kit is typically implemented as a 3- to 4-hour post-program activity. Each kit provides materials for up to 10 people. Leaders and managers must attend Symphony prior to implementing the program with their teams. Symphony Team Kit is part of The Real Learning Company's comprehensive Performance Mastery System.
