The innovative, experiential Mentoring program’s learning tools and guides, structured follow-on field learning extensions, and supporting Web tools provide an all-inclusive package for initiating, implementing, and measuring a successful mentoring initiative. Mentoring’s design supports easy customization to match the needs and requirements of both the organization and the specific work unit.
